ESPACE MONTEREY - Luxembourg-City (Luxembourg)

This building’s design, entrusted to the architects' firm Tetra Kayser & Associés, is based on three major motivations. First of all, good integration of the building in the city centre through an aesthetic identity based on a dialogue between natural stone and non-reflective glass elements. Secondly, the quality of the work environment with a focus on natural light, climatic comfort, maximum flexibility and adaptability of the work spaces. Finally, environmental concerns concerning both the quality of the surroundings and the technology used with regard to heating, sound and energy.
