"Altitude" is sold to a French Institutional Investor

On April 30th, a French institutional investor has acquired L2A and L2B, the two companies owning respectively the “Lhassa » and « La Paz » buildings of the « Altitude » project at Leudelange (Luxembourg).

The choice of this investor confirms once more the attraction exercised by this  part of the Luxemburg City Belt which already houses the headquarters of several major companies such as Lalux, Le Foyer, Raiffeisen, Loterie Nationale and soon  La Baloise, thanks to its proximity to the city centre and its easy access for the many daily commuters.

Thierry Behiels, CEO of Codic International : "For the market and all the economic actors, this acquisition made in the difficult period which we face as a result of the sanitary crisis, shows the continuing confidence of the investors in the Luxembourg real estate market"
