Residential: more than 50% has been sold
Inhabitants return tot he city center
On March 1st 2018, a press conference was held in Luxemburg in order to communicate the last updates regarding the residential part of the Royal-Hamilius project.
After five months of commercialization, 50% of the 73 residential units have been sold!
After a general introduction by Thierry Behiels, the architects from Tetra Kayser Associates explained the specific characteristics of the building and how it harmoniously interacts with the Luxembourgish environment.
Next, Nathalie Jacoby (from Njoy agency) presented the interior design concept of the apartments.
Finally, Angelique Sabron (JLL Residential) and Fernand Hornung (Unicorn), gave an update on the Luxembourg residential market as well as the current state of commercialization.
An interesting fact: 65% of the new owners will actually live in their apartment whereas merely 35% sees it as an investment. In other words, Royal-Hamilius responds perfectly to the inhabitants wish to return to live in the city center!
Another fact: Luxembourg confirms also its international character. While 33% of the owners have the Luxemburg nationality, interest was also shown from other countries such as Belgium, France, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Russia, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.
