Codic assigns its ‘Resonance’ building, situated in Bagneux (92) along the RD920, to Schroder Real Estate, which acts on behalf of the Immobilien Europa Direkt (IED) fund and for a large French insurance group.

The 25.000m² building was inaugurated in October and  40% out of its total surface is now occupied by the Neopost company. ‘Resonance’ is the first construction completed in the district of concerted urban planning ‘ZAC Eco-Quartier Victor Hugo’ in Bagneux.

As the first stone of the Grand Paris, ‘Resonance’ fits into a project that aims to develop 115.000m² of offices and 1.500 housing units, at the foot of a future public transportation hub.

With the extension of line 4 in the horizon 2020 and of Grand Paris Express line 15 in 2022, Bagneux already asserts its strategic position on the market of the southern Paris peripheral area.
